Walden Technology Partners, Inc., was founded in March, 2007. Walden’s goal is to accelerate the growth of our clients’ businesses. Our primary focus is on the establishment of strategic partnerships and alliances, however, we also support clients through marketing, competitive positioning, executive and staff recruitment, supplier selection, business planning, and opportunity analysis.
We believe that a shared-risk, shared-reward business model and pay-for-results, not pay-for-effort are best for emerging growth companies and for Walden. Therefore, we offer our services on a modest retainer basis, until such time as we deliver measurable financial results or achieve well-defined goals for our clients.
We limit the number of clients that we support at any given time, to ensure a high level of client service. In addition, we believe in transparency and carefully avoid any potential conflicts of interest, by giving each client a say in Walden’s engagement with a potential new client. In return, we seek senior-executive or board-level involvement from our clients and will, when appropriate, serve as an external director and adviser to the investor-directors on our clients’ boards.
